And so farewell then, to two more of Gov.
Maura Healey’s beloved “residents,” their lifetime all-expenses-paid vacations in Massachusetts ended by the evil americanos of ICE.
These two Third World thugs happen to hail from a rather large South American country, which reminds me of an old joke about a certain local town that applies to the entire state as well.
Q.
How many illegal aliens are there in Framingham?
A.
A Brazilian.
And now there are two fewer.
These two Brazilian cholos are named Mattheus Kennedy Meneses Bicalho and Fabio Junior Dos Santos.
According to ICE Boston, Dos Santos’ “criminal history includes conviction for assault and battery on a child with injury.”
It’s a Third World thing.
How dare you be judgmental?
That’s racism, gringo.
He was lugged “at the North Central Correctional Institute NCCI) in Gardner following his release from state custody.”
Do you suppose Fabio did any hard time with the serial rapist brother of the Democrat attorney general, Andrea Joy Campbell?
If so, maybe Alvin Campbell Jr. can call his sister and put in a good word for his simpatico amigo.
Speaking of foreign fiends, this 30-year-old Bicalho is even worse than Dos Fabos when it comes to abusing children.
“Bicalho’s criminal history,” says Boston ICE, “includes conviction for sexual exploitation of a minor  possession of sexual abuse material.”
He was cuffed in Clinton, one of the many Massachusetts towns Maryland-born Maura has probably never heard of.
All she knows is that these MAGA brutes from ICE lugged one of her beloved residents  a neighbor.
Local cops are more than somewhat discouraged from arresting such “migrants.”
To Maura Healey, law enforcement means no law enforcement, at least for illegal aliens.
Here’s what she said about ICE’s much-appreciated roundups to some Democrat fluffers in regime-controlled media this week:
“They’re not a law-enforcement agency!”
she fumed.
“They are hiring people who never, ever should have been hired.
Like, if these guys had ever applied to any of one of our  not just law-enforcement agencies but a state agency, they wouldn’t have been hired.
Obviously they’re not qualified.
They’re not trained.”
Unlike, say, Maura Healey’s State Police.
For instance, these nefarious ICE agents never learned how to apply for fraudulent COVID welfare grants, or (allegedly) hold a Bobcat hostage in a financial dispute with a contractor.
Unlike troopers, they never learned how to brawl in waterfront bars at closing, or how to cover up MV homicides for two years, or how to trade CDL licenses for a snow blower, or how to steal drugs confiscated from gangbangers…
Obviously, the ICE agents aren’t nearly as professional as Maura Healey’s troopers.
Consider this latest cholo ICE grabbed  Matheus Kennedy Meneses Bicalho.
In the case of Bicalho, the MSP took a short break from stealin’ to do a little sleuthin’.
They got a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
The MSP statement of facts in support of their application for a criminal complaint against this particular resident is beyond horrific.
Even Michael Proctor would turn his head in disgust after reading what this Healey hombre was up to.
On his phone, in addition to the horrific images of little girls as young as 4 years old being molested, they found this:
“A screenshot from the Scholastic Book Fair eWallet page for Clinton Elementary School… The recipient’s name and kindergarten class are visible but omitted here.”
The Democrats in the legislature, with the full support of Maura Healey, are pushing legislation to prevent ICE agents from entering public schools.
Why would Democrats want to allow illegal-alien perverts like Bicalho to continue to have access to schools and more little children  American children?
More horrific kiddie-porn images are catalogued from the illegal’s phone, and then this image:
“A man smiling outdoors on a sunny day… The background features a clear blue sky and a calm body of water, suggesting a beach or coastal setting….”
Bicalho was one feliz cholo!
And why not  what could be more perfect than being an illegal-alien sex offender pervert in Massachusetts?
Everything free in America  including the sex crimes against children.
Bicalho had nothing  nada  to worry about, at least as long as Maura Healey and the Democrats were in control.
But then came ICE!
No wonder Maura is so angry.
These ICE agents are not properly trained like her state cops  to look the other way as these foreign savages rampage through America.
Matheus Kennedy Meneses Bicalho and Fabio Junior Dos Santos  two down, 20 million to go.
But not if Maura Healey has anything to say about it.
