Linda was born in Hartford on February 7, 1955, to Edalia and Alfredo Santos.
Linda was raised in Manchester and graduated from CCSU in 1977 with honors.
Linda married in 1978 and had two amazing children.
Linda worked primarily in banking with a few years at The Malta House of Care.
Starting with Charter Oak Bank, CBT, Hartford National, US Trust and rounding out her career at Rossmore Private Capital, where she brought her smile, personality and sense of humor to brighten the day.
Linda was predeceased by her brother Alfred in 1983.
Besides her husband Dennis, she leaves behind Dale Moore of Greenwich, New York and Dennis Moore and wife Lisa of West Hartford and two beautiful grandchildren, Gino and Gida, who were the center of her universe.
Linda was a kid at heart and would play Twister, organize a parade where everyone had instruments, take walks to the bridge to throw rocks in the brook, visit a favorite playscape and make many trips to the Children’s Museum where a visit to the gift shop was a must.
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at West Hartford Health and Rehabilitation and McLean Hospice for their dedicated care of Linda.
A celebration of life Mass will be held at St.
Peter Claver Church, 47 Pleasant St., West Hartford on Monday, August 3, 2026 at 10:00 am.
The family will be available at 9am if you wish to say hello.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Alzheimer’s Association.
