A Vancouver man being held in the Clark County Jail who was found unresponsive in his cell July 23 died by complications of hanging, according to the Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The medical examiner’s office ruled the death of 41-year-old Curran Ellis Fine a suicide.
Fine was being held on charges of arson, harassment and animal cruelty.
